  All I can say is past reviews are in the past. Also it is really really clear on their paperwork what they will and wont remove and what is additional if it occurs. I actually went in and met the owner and the manager and got a good impression. They were fast to quote and professional in every respect. Thier price was the best and they were the most professional. Jason quoted, turned up when he said he would and provided quote via email as promised that day, even did 2 variations with no hesitation. Jake installed and did a great job, very neat and clean with no noise and done in the time he said he would. Overall very happy and would recommend without hesitation
